Objetivos

Ementa
Fundamentos teóricos da Economia Institucional Original (EIO). O problema da especificidade histórica e a evolução das instituições no debate sobre desenvolvimento econômico. Determinantes do desenvolvimento. Dicotomia vebleniana. Papel da tecnologia e do crédito no desenvolvimento. Evolução institucional e socioeconômica. A abordagem da EIO sobre o subdesenvolvimento. Fronteira do pensamento da EIO sobre as diversas formas de desenvolvimento.
